    Purchase process

    All transactions entered through this online store are subject to the Terms and Conditions of this portal.

    This portal allows for viewing the product specifications by all visitors. However, before proceeding with the purchase of any item, the prospective buyer needs to register itself on the portal by filling up the required details. Once the filled up form is submitted, the administrator will check the credentials of the prospective buyer and approve the registration, post which the prospective buyer can proceed with the purchase by selecting the items and adding to the cart.

    For all standard products, upon placing the order online, the seller will arrange for the manufacture of the products. Please note that the payment terms are 100% advance with order. Payment can be paid by RTGS/NEFT/cheque (for certain products only) and credit/debit card and netbanking. Please note that in case of payment by cheque, we will start the manufacturing of the item only after the realisation of the payment.

    For RTGS/NEFT/cheque payments, the seller will confirm the date by which the products on order would be ready for despatch. The payment details, as well as the despatch details, will be updated on the portal in the customer's account by the administrator from time to time.
