Description:
Ionising air nozzles provide a shower of ionised air that remove electrostatic charges and/or clean parts and components. The Valstat® IN 10 ionising air nozzle has ionising electrodes positioned in the air flow path, which convert ordinary compressed air into an ionised air shower. Positive and negative ions in the shower of air effectively neutralize electrostatic charges on the target and the air shower also cleans the target. Electrical input to Valstat® ionising nozzle is from a Valstat® PS 74R power source. Air inlet is to be provided from the shop floor compressed air source.
Applications:
This is useful in applications where sheets, bottles, containers, components made of plastic or paper are manufactured or processed.
